More Movement on Second Stimulus?

"Standing at the site of a highway project funded by his economic stimulus plan, President Barack Obama said Wednesday he is committed to exploring all avenues to create jobs." according to the Associated Press. Another AP story is headlined "Proposals to create jobs add up to second stimulus." I actually think that the odds are against a second stimulus, but efforts are underway, and now is the time to make sure that history is a part of the plan.
